Open Position: Interactive Project Manager

The role of Interactive Project Manager is to facilitate communication and ensure effective completion of project results and deliverables. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in developing plans, assigning tasks and responsibilities, conflict resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction while managing risk within an agency or other fast-paced, customer-service-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project plans, scopes of work, schedules, requirements and related deliverables
• Coordinate and oversee interactive project results
• Ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Communicate progress and present recommendations on a regular basis
• Perform risk assessment
• Ensure customer and team member satisfaction
• Resolve customer and team member issues
• Provide input on staffing and resource needs

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree required
• 2+ years experience in an agency or other fast-paced, customer service driven environment
